"Defend the poor and fatherless: do justice to the afflicted and needy" Psalms 82:3
The love of the Father in us compels us to show compassion to the needy, the fatherless, and the widow. When we were helpless, God sent us help in the person of His Son. We must like our Father demonstrate His love in our hearts by showing love in like manner to the helpless in our society.
LIA Adoption Ministry is committed to taking care of needy children; taking them through school and using the opportunity to help them grow spiritually in Christ. We invite you to join us in this sacred endeavor.
We are proud to announce that in 2016, as a family, we adopted 4 children (girls); Gracious (5), Hannah (8), Gemima (11) and Grace (16) from the inner city of Accra - Ghana. Glory to Jesus!
These lovely girls were identified by our ministry coordinator for Ghana, Sika, during the 2015 Outreach. This year the Lord moved upon the heart of our servant leader, Pastor Sam, to adopt them as we birth the LOVE IN ACTION (LIA) Adoption Ministry.
LIA by adopting is committed to meeting the pressing needs of these children by visiting them quarterly with food provisions, clothes, books, school supplies etc. We are also committed to educating the children and helping raise them in the fear of the Lord.
It is our goal to put the Love of Christ in our heart to action by adopting needy children especially orphans from around the world.
